ESRI Performance Issues

Resolved - ESRI has resolved this issue as of approximately 1005hrs Pacific time.

Update - In our investigation we have found that the standard ESRI basemaps are still loading. The issues seems to only be affecting User Maps. Tablet Command Users can select those standard basemaps to at least have a basic map.

Monitoring - ESRI performed maintenance last night and they are currently reporting performance issues on their status page. We have had reports from at least one customer that their maps are blank.

All Tablet Command services are operating normally.

Monitoring - We have identified the issue affecting staffing integration updates, and all systems are currently operating as expected. We will continue to monitor the staffing service overnight to ensure continued stability.

Initial investigation suggests the issue was related to a scheduling service responsible for managing connections to each customer’s staffing integration. Our backend team will continue a deeper root cause analysis to ensure long-term reliability and to prevent recurrence.
